Sarah Mills is an accomplished financial leader with over two decades of experience in senior financial and auditing roles.
She has previously served as the Group Reporting and Tax Manager at Mitre 10 Ltd, overseeing the company’s financial, tax, and auditing functions. She has led initiatives that have resulted in significant cost savings and balance sheet improvements.
Prior to that, Sarah served as the Chief Financial Officer for ProCare Health Limited, the largest Primary Health Organisation in New Zealand. She provided strategic financial advice to the leadership group and Board and ensured compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Notable achievements include leading the most engaged team and the financial lead for a Group restructure to provide for a charitable trust.

HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Blackler to the position of Health Service Chief Executive at Central Queensland Hospital & Health Service
Lisa’s journey in the health sector is marked by over twenty years of executive and senior leadership experience, including a tenure at Gladstone Hospital in Women and Children’s health and Perioperative and Outpatient care.
Previously, Lisa held executive roles at the South Canterbury District Health Board, leading nursing and midwifery functions. She also served as the Acting Group Director Of Operations/Interim Hospital Specialist Services Lead for Te Whatu Ora – Te Waipounamu – Waitaha and South Canterbury.
Lisa’s achievements include financial solid performance, improved engagement with senior medical staff, and all professional groups. She was actively involved in national committees and is committed to driving health equity, particularly for Māori and Pasifika communities while working in New Zealand.

HG is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Scott Ambridge to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Enable NZ Ltd.
Scott Ambridge is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in the health and disability sectors. He has served in senior roles within the MidCentral and three lower north island districts Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa for Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand and led earlier iterations of Enable New Zealand until 2019. Scott joins Enable from most recently; Te Whatu Ora Capital Coast and Hutt Valley District, where he was the Acting Executive Director of Mental Health, Addiction, and Intellectual Disability Services (MHAIDS).
Scott’s leadership style is characterised by his ability to forge strong partnerships that drive strategy and unite an organisation towards success. His passion for the sector and the community it serves is palpable, and we are confident that, under his guidance, it will propel Enable New Zealand to new heights.
