Sebastiano is an experience professional with substantial background in leadership roles within healthcare. He has extensive experience in senior executive management and has held leadership positions in large, complex health settings overseeing strategic operations, performance management and service delivery.
Sebastiano most recently served as the Executive Director of Mental Health and Chief Mental Health Nurse at Latrobe Regional Health in Victoria, He oversaw a diverse range of services within a regional multi-site organisation, involving managing operational and strategic functions, working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure alignment with the organisations strategic objectives.

Jamin brings a proven track record in leading large-scale financial operations, implementing integrated commercial systems, and delivering compliance-driven financial reporting that aligns with and supports broader organisational goals.

Dr Jonas Thompson-McCormick

HG is excited to announce the appointment of Dr Jonas Thompson-McCormick to the position of Executive Director, Public Health Planning and Response for the Department of Health and Wellbeing SA.
Jonas brings over a decade of experience working as a public health physician at local, regional, and national levels in the UK. Most recently serving as Interim Director of Public Health at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Jonas is a strategic and forward-thinking leader, with a strong background in public health planning, emergency preparedness, and health intelligence. His collaborative approach and commitment to evidence-based practice makes him a valuable addition to the Department of Health and Wellbeing SA, supporting the Chief Public Health Officer.

Natalie Wakefield
Chief Executive Officer | Queensland Pharmacy Business Ownership Council.
HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Wakefield to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Queensland Pharmacy Business Ownership Council.
Natalie is an accomplished public sector executive with over 20 years’ experience in regulatory strategy, compliance, licensing, and policy across Queensland and Victoria. She has held senior executive roles including Executive Director of Industrial Relations and Director at the Victorian Labour Hire Authority, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and leading Australia’s first labour hire licensing schemes. Natalie has also led legislative reform and regulatory compliance programs across multiple sectors, including industrial relations and state revenue.
She brings deep expertise in regulatory governance, stakeholder engagement, organisational leadership, and policy development. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours), and a Bachelor of Commerce.
