Sarah Bramwell

HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Bramwell as Director, Specialist Practice at the Department for Child Protection (South Australia).
Sarah is a highly experienced and values-driven executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience in child protection, spanning direct practice, policy reform, quality assurance, and workforce development. She has held a series of senior leadership roles with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, most recently as Acting Director of Practice Quality in the Office of the Senior Practitioner, where she led statewide quality assurance programs, trauma-informed practice initiatives, and system reform. Sarah has also served as Acting Executive District Director for Western Sydney and Director of Practice Learning, leading significant workforce and practice reforms across NSW.
Sarah holds a Master of Adult and Vocational Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Welfare Studies, and multiple specialist qualifications in leadership and training.

Cindy Jarvis
Director, Quality and Safeguarding | the Department for Child Protection (South Australia).
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Cindy Jarvis as Director, Quality and Safeguarding at the Department for Child Protection (South Australia).
Cindy is a strategic and experienced public sector leader with a strong record in the delivery of whole of government policy projects, governance, and program reform across child, family, and community services. She has held senior executive roles across multiple jurisdictions, most recently as General Manager, System Stewardship with the Department of Human Services, where she led strategic policy and reform initiatives to strengthen outcomes for children and families. Prior to this, Cindy was Senior Director of Social Policy with the Northern Territory Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet, leading whole of government social policy projects in partnerships with the community sector and academia to deliver government priorities.
Cindy is a Social Worker and holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Australian and New Zealand School of Government, a Master of Public Health, and a Company Directors Certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tracey Taylor

HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey Taylor as Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities.
Tracey is a highly accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years of experience driving complex transformation across government, housing, and commercial sectors. She brings deep expertise in financial sustainability, governance, culture, and organisational performance, underpinned by a strong commitment to improving outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.
Most recently Chief People and Assurance Officer at Kāinga Ora, Tracey has played a pivotal role in the organisation’s transformation, leading system-wide initiatives in governance, risk, people strategy, and productivity reform. Her leadership has been instrumental in delivering major efficiency gains and embedding a values-driven, high-performance culture.
Tracey holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the University of Auckland, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Accredited Leadership Coach and Workplace Inclusion Professional. She also serves on several boards, including Anthem Alliance and Diversity Works New Zealand.

Vicki Doherty
Executive Director, Medical Services and Oral Health | Latrobe Community Health Service.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Vicki Doherty as Executive Director, Medical Services and Oral Health with Latrobe Community Health Service.
Vicki is an accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years’ experience across primary care, public health, and the for-purpose sector. She was most recently Executive Director and Company Secretary of the Australasian Menopause Society, where she led major organisational reform, strengthened partnerships, and drove national advocacy that helped secure significant new funding for women’s health. Earlier in her career, Vicki was Chief Executive Officer of the Gippsland Region Palliative Care Consortium and held senior policy roles with the Australian Department of Health and Ageing, where she oversaw major Medicare and dental policy initiatives.
Vicki holds a Master of Public Health, a Postgraduate Certificate of Education, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Gippsland Primary Health Network and Inspiro Community Health.
