Christine Leahy is a seasoned executive Human Resources specialist with over 25 years of experience in prestigious national and international corporations. Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce, she has played pivotal roles in HR, aiding companies in recruiting and retaining top-tier talent, thereby enhancing organizational culture and business performance. She has over twenty-five years of experience in executive leadership roles and appointments to advisory and governing boards across public, private and quasi-government boards and authorities. Sarah is a recipient of the Australia Day Honours and was awarded the Public Service Medal for her contributions to regional development, investment attraction, public sector administration, leadership, and governance.

She brings more than three decades of experience working in the healthcare sector at senior executive levels to any consultancy she undertakes. Liz has participated as an Executive Director of the governing boards and senior leadership teams of large health networks and the department of health in South Australia, given her an understanding of these complex organisations’ leadership and performance requirements.

Anne-Marie brings over 25 years of experience across human services and child protection, with a strong focus on service delivery, practice leadership, and safeguarding outcomes for children and families. Most recently serving as Regional Director within the Department for Child Protection, she has led large, multidisciplinary teams and overseen complex service systems, including the delivery of major reform initiatives. Her career is distinguished by her leadership in clinical governance, early intervention strategies, and cross-agency collaboration to improve outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Social Work and has completed a range of leadership and executive development programs.

HG is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr Yi Mien Koh to the position of Director Medical Services, Northern Beaches Hospital at Northern Sydney Local Health District.
Dr Koh brings over 30 years of international healthcare leadership experience across public, private, and government sectors, with a strong focus on clinical governance, health system strategy, and service transformation. Most recently serving as Director of Medical Services at Gawler Health Service, she has also held senior executive roles including Chief Executive and Chief Medical Officer positions in the UK NHS and Queensland Health, as well as executive leadership roles across Asia’s health insurance sector. Her career is distinguished by delivering system-wide improvements in clinical performance, workforce strategy, and patient outcomes.
Dr Koh holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Public Health Medicine, and a Doctor of Business Administration. She is also a Fellow of multiple professional bodies including the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the UK Faculty of Public Health.
