Teena Ingram

HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Teena Ingram as General Manager, Specialist Family & Support Services at Centacare Brisbane.
Teena brings extensive leadership experience across government and non-profit organisations, with a strong focus on child, youth, and family services. Most recently, Teena served as Queensland State Executive Director, Child Youth and Family at Life Without Barriers, where she led a team of over 450 staff and managed services for more than 1,000 children and young people.
Her career is distinguished by a commitment to strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, including her role as co-chair of the Home Stretch Campaign, which successfully advocated for extended care support for young people ageing out of the child protection system.
Teena holds a Graduate Certificate of Applied Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Rosalie Hughes

HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosalie Hughes to the position of Chief Financial Officer for Canberra Health Services.
Rosalie brings over 30 years of experience in financial leadership with a strong focus on healthcare organisations. In her most recent role as the Chief Financial Officer of Health New Zealand, Rosalie managed the largest accounting merger in New Zealand’s history, overseeing the integration of 29 entities into a unified finance system.

Iain Rennie
Secretary to the Treasury and Chief Executive, the Treasury.
HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Iain Rennie to the position of Secretary to the Treasury and Chief Executive, the Treasury.
Mr Rennie is an accomplished economist and a respected public service leader with extensive experience in economic policy, fiscal management, and public sector reform. His career spans several key roles in the New Zealand Public Service, where he has held senior positions within the State Services Commission, the New Zealand Treasury, and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Iain also brings a wealth of international experience as an economic and fiscal consultant to various governments and multinational organisations.
Mr Rennie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), majoring in economics, from Victoria University of Wellington. He was awarded the Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit (CNZM) in 2017 for services to the state.
