Natalie Morris
Executive Director of People and Culture | Women’s and Children’s Health Network.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Natalie Morris as Executive Director of People and Culture at the Women’s and Children’s Health Network.
Natalie is an experienced executive with extensive expertise in people and culture, governance, strategy, and workplace reform across both the public and not-for-profit sectors. She was most recently Executive Manager of People, Culture and Quality at Helping Hand Aged Care, where she led workforce strategy, organisational change programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and governance reforms. Prior to this, Natalie held senior leadership roles with the Department for Innovation and Skills and the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, where she drove public sector reform, workforce strategy, and governance improvements.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Honours), a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management, and is completing her Master of Business Administration. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified HR Practitioner with AHRI. Additionally, she has Board experience and is currently a board member with the Disability Advocacy and Complaints Service of South Australia Inc. (DACSSA).

Claire Hare
Chief Financial Officer | The Royal Children’s Hospital.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Claire Hare as Chief Financial Officer of The Royal Children’s Hospital.
Claire is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial leadership across the health and private sectors. She was most recently Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at Monash Health, Victoria’s largest health service, responsible for a $3.5 billion budget and leading a team of 120 staff. In this role, she oversaw financial planning and reporting, payroll, and process improvement, and chaired the Monash Health Investment Committee.
Earlier in her career, Claire held senior finance roles with Hyperion Group and Autobar Group in the UK and Europe, managing financial planning, analysis, and business transformation in complex, high-growth environments. She began her career in audit with Bentleys MRI in Brisbane before moving into international roles.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

Steven Jennings
Executive Director, Procurement and Supply | Metro North Health.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Jennings as Executive Director, Procurement and Supply with Metro North Health.
Steven brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, and commercial management across health, infrastructure, engineering, and manufacturing. He was most recently Executive Director of Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain at Metro South Health, where he led a team of over 50 staff managing $900 million in non-labour expenditure. Under Steven’s leadership the function delivered over $100 million in value, implemented procurement governance frameworks, enhanced managed inventory systems, and oversaw major contracts including large infrastructure and clinical outsourcing projects. He also played a critical role in supply chain management during the COVID-19 response and led the Department of Health’s Supply Chain Surety Division on secondment.
Steven is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and holds an Associate Diploma in Operations Management, along with Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.

Susan Gooley
Director Financial Control | West Moreton Health.
HG is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Gooley to the position of Director Financial Control with West Moreton Health.
Susan is a senior finance professional with over 25 years of experience across health, higher education, agribusiness, and commercial sectors. She brings deep expertise in financial governance, reporting, audit, budgeting, and operational performance, with a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and strengthen systems and processes in complex environments.
Susan has held senior roles with large agribusinesses, Southern Queensland Landscapes, and Healthy North Coast Limited. Earlier in her career, she served as Finance Planning and Performance Manager at Northern NSW Local Health District and held taxation and transaction leadership roles at Southern Cross University.
She holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
