THE ROLE

The General Manager, Health Roundtable will lead strategy, growth, and member engagement for this critical network, ensuring members derive demonstrable value from their participation. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with Beamtree’s executive team, this role is responsible for:

Building and maintaining trusted relationships with member CEOs and the Health Roundtable Board;
Delivering contractual obligations, including annual executive briefings and jurisdictional events;
Driving revenue growth through increased subscriptions and cross‑program engagement;
Representing Beamtree and the Health Roundtable at key forums and strengthening alliances;
Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team to deliver superior member experiences.

This is a Sydney‑based role with regular domestic travel (and periodic trans‑Tasman travel).

THE CANDIDATE

You are an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience collaborating closely with CEOs, CXOs, boards, and senior clinicians in complex health environments. You bring gravitas, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence at the highest levels. Passionate about leveraging data and collaboration to transform care, you combine strategic vision with practical execution. Experience in member‑based organisations, healthcare benchmarking or analytics, or consultancy will be highly regarded.
