Dr Juanita Ryan

HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Juanita Ryan as Chief Customer and Operating Officer at Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities.
Dr Ryan is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience leading complex national service systems across the justice, health, disability and community sectors. Most recently, as Deputy Chief Executive, Communities, Partnerships & Pathways at Ara Poutama Aotearoa, she held national responsibility for community-based correctional services and reintegration pathways.
Recognised for her strong operational leadership, governance expertise and commitment to equity, Dr Ryan has successfully led major service improvements and strengthened outcomes for diverse communities.

Anne-Marie Scanlon
Director Safer Family Services | Department of Human Services.
HG is thrilled to announce the appointment of Anne-Marie Scanlon to the position of Director Safer Family Services at the Department of Human Services.
Anne-Marie brings over 25 years of experience across human services and child protection, with a strong focus on service delivery, practice leadership, and safeguarding outcomes for children and families. Most recently serving as Regional Director within the Department for Child Protection, she has led large, multidisciplinary teams and overseen complex service systems, including the delivery of major reform initiatives. Her career is distinguished by her leadership in clinical governance, early intervention strategies, and cross-agency collaboration to improve outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Social Work and has completed a range of leadership and executive development programs.

Liz Kraft
Clinical and Operations Project Lead | Women’s and Children’s Health Network.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Liz Kraft as Clinical and Operations Project Lead with the Women’s and Children’s Health Network.
Liz is a highly experienced health leader and Registered Nurse with more than 20 years’ experience across perioperative services, outpatient care, specialty medicine, and health service reform within SA Health. She has held senior leadership roles across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, leading complex service redesign, digital transformation, and operational improvement initiatives that have enhanced patient access and service performance.
Most recently, as Nursing Director, Specialty Medicine 2, Liz has provided clinical and operational leadership across multidisciplinary services, supporting workforce optimisation, service redesign, and the implementation of innovative models of care. She previously led outpatient performance reform, delivering sustained reductions in long waitlists, and played a key role in the transition to the new Royal Adelaide Hospital, embedding a new perioperative model of care.
Liz holds a Master of Nursing Science and is nearing completion of an MBA.

Dr David Goldsmith
Clinical Director | Pathways Health Ltd.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr David Goldsmith as Clinical Director at Pathways Health Ltd.
Dr Goldsmith is a highly respected psychiatrist and clinical leader with 20 years’ experience across mental health services. He has spent the past 12 years as a Consultant Psychiatrist with Rodney Adult Mental Health Services, Health New Zealand, supporting people with complex mental health needs while also taking a role in clinical leadership. Throughout his career, David has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence, quality improvement, governance, advocacy, and workforce development.
David has also taken on wider leadership roles within Waitematā District Mental Health Services, including during the COVID-19 response. He has contributed to Serious Incident Reviews and is a Second Opinion Psychiatrist for the Mental Health Review Tribunal. David has also represented psychiatry on the Waitematā District Specialist Medical Advisory Council. David is an experienced educator and supervisor, supporting the development of future psychiatrists and health professionals. His passion for community-based mental health care, recovery-focused practice, and improving outcomes for tangata whaiora aligns strongly with Pathways’ purpose and values.

Dr Yi Mien Koh
Director Medical Services, Northern Beaches Hospital | Northern Sydney Local Health District.
HG is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr Yi Mien Koh to the position of Director Medical Services, Northern Beaches Hospital at Northern Sydney Local Health District.
Dr Koh brings over 30 years of international healthcare leadership experience across public, private, and government sectors, with a strong focus on clinical governance, health system strategy, and service transformation. Most recently serving as Director of Medical Services at Gawler Health Service, she has also held senior executive roles including Chief Executive and Chief Medical Officer positions in the UK NHS and Queensland Health, as well as executive leadership roles across Asia’s health insurance sector. Her career is distinguished by delivering system-wide improvements in clinical performance, workforce strategy, and patient outcomes.
Dr Koh holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Public Health Medicine, and a Doctor of Business Administration. She is also a Fellow of multiple professional bodies including the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the UK Faculty of Public Health.

Dr Vineet Juneja
Clinical Director, Mental Health Services | Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
HG is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Vineet Juneja to the position of Clinical Director, Mental Health Services at Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
Vineet is an experienced psychiatrist with more than 13 years within Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, progressing from junior medical roles through to Consultant Psychiatrist and most recently Head of Unit at the Margaret Tobin Centre acute inpatient service. He brings strong experience in operational leadership, clinical governance and service reform, including leading improvements to emergency department mental health patient flow through the introduction of new assessment pathways and data-driven workforce and process redesign. Vineet has also contributed to medication safety governance, accreditation readiness and workforce planning, and is recognised for his collaborative leadership style and focus on patient-centred care and multidisciplinary team engagement.
He holds an MD, is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).
HG is delighted for Vineet as he steps into this role with Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
