With significant growth in mind and bold plans for growth, we are seeking to appoint a Director of Marketing to provide strong business leadership to developing and implementing strategy and plans across HG’s two key business units of executive recruitment and executive learning sets.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and plans for current offerings, and to diversify business unit offerings to target customers based on market research and in collaboration with the business unit Directors. Your role includes fostering key business relationships hallmarked by strong loyalty externally, and internally leading a culture of cross collaboration with the other business units and the Executive.
Our clients are director generals, senior executives and C-suite executives who will value your advice and support in dealing complex workforce solutions. You will personally propose, present and discuss HG solutions with clients and will identify, drive and successfully close on new segment business opportunities. You will provide skilled professional support and oversight into complex system solution sales driven by business unit management and sales staff.
You are responsible for developing service and product positioning, branding and pricing strategy to deliver growth and manage an operating budget. You are accountable for the generation of new leads and appropriate cost per head.
You will be leading significant growth, you will have the vision, professional marketing skills, energy and resilience to rapidly build and evolve the business. You have an undeniable track record that you are proud of in winning and building business in a competitive environment and you possess exceptional depth of relevant market knowledge.
You have graduate or post graduate qualifications in business, sales or marketing with five years or more related senior management experience.
