Partnering For The Future of Health Leadership

31 Oct 2025

We were pleased to officially launch our partnership with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) at their recent conference held in Perth.

The theme, Embracing the Future: Healthcare Innovations & Challenges, set the tone for a dynamic and thought-provoking event. Paul Ingle, CEO, and Christine Leahy, Executive Director Leadership & Learning, attended on behalf of HardyGroup and heard from a range of inspiring speakers.

A central theme that emerged was the urgent need to accelerate the implementation of new technologies to meet the growing challenges facing healthcare systems globally. One of the key benefits of doing so is freeing clinicians to spend more time engaging with patients, rather than being tied to administrative tasks behind a computer screen.

It was also noted that Australia tends to be more risk-averse, often waiting until innovations are thoroughly tried and tested. However, the sector’s future success will depend on adopting a more entrepreneurial mindset and embracing collaboration across disciplines and organisations.

Our partnership with RACMA is underpinned by a shared commitment to transforming health leadership across Australia and New Zealand.

RACMA members can now access an exclusive rate to join an Executive Learning Set or Medical Leaders Learning Set, where leaders don’t just discuss challenges, they solve them.
