Leading Through Transformation in Aged Care

To support this HardyGroup partnered with Fire up™ to deliver a pilot Aged Care Learning Set to lift the capability of leaders from Whiddon, OneCare and Lutheran Care. 

Facilitated by the Fire up team together with Sean Rooney, the leaders were able to draw on Fire up’s transformation expertise and Sean’s significant experience in aged care, reform and sector change.  The learning was a practical blend of in-person Masterclass with virtual session. Fire up introduced simple tools and transformation practices Each leader was then able to apply their learning on a real challenge and using an action learning approach to get real work done on their transformational challenge. 

All the leaders made meaningful progress on their challenge: to shift from a task-based to a person-centred care models and further progress aged care reform changes.
