HealthOne Limited Partnership is seeking an Independent Director to join its Board at a pivotal stage in the organisation’s growth and evolution.
As one of New Zealand’s leading health information organisations, HealthOne enables the secure sharing of clinical information across primary, community and hospital care settings, helping healthcare providers access the information they need to deliver more connected, efficient and effective care. Through its products and services, HealthOne is helping unlock siloed health information, strengthen collaboration across the health system, and improve outcomes for patients and providers alike.
With ambitious plans to expand its reach, strengthen interoperability, grow its portfolio of integrated health solutions and demonstrate measurable impact across the healthcare system, HealthOne is seeking an experienced Director who brings strong governance capability, strategic thinking and credibility within the health sector.
The successful candidate will contribute independent judgement and constructive challenge at Board level, together with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine interest in improving healthcare outcomes through digital innovation, collaboration and connected information. Experience as a healthcare professional, clinical leader, health sector executive, or individual with strong clinical relationships and influence across the health sector will be highly regarded.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of connected care in Aotearoa New Zealand while contributing to an organisation committed to enabling better outcomes for clinicians, patients and communities.
Why Join the HealthOne Board?
Influence Healthcare at a System Level
For leaders who are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes, this is an opportunity to influence change at a system level.
HealthOne is helping transform the way healthcare information is shared and used across New Zealand. By securely connecting patient information across primary, community and hospital settings, HealthOne enables clinicians to access the information they need, when they need it, supporting safer, more coordinated and more efficient care. Its purpose is clear: harnessing the power of information and collaboration to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
As HealthOne continues to expand its reach and influence, this appointment offers the opportunity to contribute to the governance of an organisation at the forefront of integrated healthcare delivery and digital innovation. The Board plays a critical role in shaping strategic direction, supporting sustainable growth and ensuring HealthOne remains focused on delivering practical solutions that improve clinical workflows, strengthen collaboration and create better experiences for both clinicians and patients.
The successful candidate will join an engaged and forward-thinking Board, bringing their health sector insight, governance experience and strategic perspective to decisions that have the potential to benefit healthcare providers and communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
This is more than a governance appointment. It is an opportunity to help shape the future of connected care and contribute to a stronger, smarter and more integrated health system.
