Igniting Leadership at Goulburn Valley Health

It was a great pleasure to launch the GV Health Leadership Program in Shepparton this month. Facilitated by Felicity Topp, who has an extensive career as an Executive and Chief Executive of major health services in Victoria, the participants will build their leadership capabilities across these five domains in a series of masterclasses:

Each masterclass has carefully curated pre-work to ensure participants are well prepared for their sessions and get the most out of the program. Felicity is looking forward to guiding this group through the program, which also includes action learning/problem solving, mentoring and coaching.

The GV Health Leadership Program represents an exciting opportunity for participants to strengthen their leadership capability and connect with peers across the organisation. With Felicity’s extensive experience and the program’s blend of learning, reflection, and real-world application, this initiative will equip leaders to navigate complexity, inspire their teams, and drive positive outcomes for the communities they serve.
