A Bespoke Leadership Journey Begins with MINDA
31 Mar 2026
It is a great privilege to be partnering with Minda, in the design and delivery of a bespoke leadership program, steeped in peer-to-peer action learning.
Established over 125 years ago, Minda is the largest not-for-profit disability service provider in South Australia. The team at Minda provide advocacy, support, and services for people with intellectual disabilities and are ‘working towards a truly inclusive community where there is equity, respect and everyone has the opportunity to participate’.
“Minda wants to ensure its long-term sustainability in a continual context of NDIS reform by investing in its leaders, so that they are able to not only to survive but thrive in this environment.” David Panter, Chief Executive, Minda.
Designed in close partnership with Minda, this program brings together seventy leaders from across the organisation, grouped into seven discrete learning sets. Each cohort is carefully structured to create the right mix of perspective, challenge and support, as leadership doesn’t evolve in isolation, it sharpens in the presence of others.
Following an in-depth briefing and program design phase, the journey is now underway. The first learning sets were delivered over the past two weeks, setting a strong tone for what lies ahead.
Expertly facilitated by Scott Williams, Maree Geraghty and Kate Macrae, our facilitators bring decades of leadership experience, cutting through theory and anchoring every conversation in the realities leaders face every day. The result: honest dialogue, thoughtful challenge, and support.
Across 2026, participants will move through five intensive learning cycles. Each includes a two-day workshop blending action learning with targeted leadership development content, supported by structured reflection, pre-work, and peer accountability. Along the way, regular debriefs with the Chief Executive ensure alignment between individual growth and organisational impact.
From program co-design, content customization, and preparation in January, through to final debriefs in December, every element has been designed to translate insight into action. To move leaders beyond knowing… into doing.
Because in complex environments like health, disability and community services, leadership isn’t about having the answers. It’s about asking better questions, making better decisions, and carrying others with you when it counts.
And that work has now begun.
