Xavier is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join their fabulous organisation. As a Xavier team member, you will be a part of an organisation that is committed to providing contemporary, evidence-based practice that is delivered in a range of environments. As a Speech Pathologist, you would be responsible for working in conjunction with a small multi-disciplinary team to create opportunities for children and young people with complex disabilities to achieve their goals promoting independence, decision-making, and inclusion in their communities. Our team of dedicated Allied Health Professionals believes that every child’s voice should be heard, be it verbally or non-verbally.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of Xavier and the ability to engage with children and young people with complex needs. You will thrive on working in a multidisciplinary team understanding the important role that each team member plays. You will have a client-centred approach and be able to be flexible based on the needs of each family.
