Program Coordinator (HG_PC)

Continued growth and development in our Leadership & Learning department has created an opportunity for an experienced, proactive and adaptable Program Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team.

As a Program Coordinator in our Leadership & Learning department, you will have the chance to work with a highly regarded and established executive recruitment and leadership development company. Reporting to the Executive Director of Leadership & Learning, the role will suit someone with Event coordination experience, scheduling/program planning capability and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with an energetic and collaborative team, in an environment that values autonomy, solutions-focus, and a self-starter mentality.

The opportunity

As the Program Coordinator at HardyGroup, you will have a variety of responsibilities related to supporting the smooth operation and success of our Leadership & Learning programs. Some key functions of the role may include:

  • Event Coordination: You will coordinate all aspects of our leadership programs, including scheduling and logistics for every meeting, liaising with speakers and facilitators, managing catering and other event details, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Communications: you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with program participants, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with program participants, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Logistics: You will be confident in coordinating and negotiating with airlines and hotels to arrange travel and accommodation for program participants and other logistics such as venue hire and catering.
  • CRM/Business Platforms: You will be comfortable working within our Customer Relationship Management system and other business platforms to manage program data, generate reports, and support program planning and execution.
