As the social services arm of the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane, Centacare supports people across South East Queensland from Hervey Bay in the North, to Kingaroy and Gatton in the West and down to the New South Wales border. Across aged care, community and pastoral care, disability care, Early EdCare and family and relationship care, Centacare teams walk alongside people on life’s journey, providing the support they need to achieve what is important to them at that moment and into the future. Often Centacare teams come together to provide the holistic support a person needs to thrive.

The Director Centacare Services & Practice Governance (Director) is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and operational management to the Aged Care & Disability, Specialised Family Services, Practice Governance and Digital Transformation functions of Centacare, as well as providing key advice and counsel to the Executive Director- Centacare.

The role is responsible for leading the development and coordination of high-level change and transition activities in order to drive organisational redevelopment and reform across the Centacare organisation.

Centacare is now seeking an experienced Director Centacare Services and Practice Governance to lead high quality and evidence-informed services across a range of portfolios and ensure that they are inclusive, ethical, and client-centred They are looking for a person who has the passion and commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes for clients, who has a knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teachings, and a strong commitment to social justice.
