About Learning Sets
An HGI Learning Set provides a platform for sharing the latest thinking and solutions for challenges relevant to you and your sector. In addition, Sets provide a forum for cross jurisdiction collaboration and strategising with results.
You will be part of a supportive community of high level peers who value high levels of trust and personal insights.
How our Sets work?
HGI carefully matches members in a group of six to eight senior and executive peers from different geographical locations and, if preferred, from different jurisdictions across Australia and New Zealand, creating a powerful and diverse knowledge sharing and learning environment.
Sets are not training programs. They are designed to act as a vehicle for focused tactical, strategic and leadership development as well as high level personal and peer support.
Membership is an annual, renewable program with four blocks of one and a half day meetings.
Meetings rotate around capital city locations and are held away from your work environment to give you the space to think, innovate and create left field solutions to challenges.
HGI Learning Set Membership benefits include the opportunity to remain in close contact with your facilitator between meetings, to continue to support you as you work through your strategy implementation.
