YOTS is a dynamic organisation and is experiencing continued growth. The organisation identified the need to focus on strengthening its infrastructure and systems to support current and future business development. HGI worked closely with YOTS and prioritised the design and implementation of an organisation wide performance development training programme.

The Performance development process was identified as a priority as it provides the means through which individual and team performance goals can be linked to those of the organisation and is an integral part of motivating,developing and retaining talent to enhance the business. The training programme included development of a Performance Development Framework and the delivery of a series of workshops focused on the principles and practical application of managing performance.

The workshops were delivered to the organisations senior management team and following refinement was then cascaded to other management and service delivery leaders.
