It’s less lonely at the top when you’re a member of HGI’s Executive Learning Sets.

Learning Sets provide senior executives with a confidential network of peers with whom to strategise and problem solve organisational and management issues.

Membership Essentials:

  • Each Learning Set is carefully constructed with member value in mind.
  • Sets meet for 1-2 days every 3-4 months.
  • Membership is annual, providing members with four scheduled meetings and access to the broader Learning Set network as a problem solving and information resource.
  • Members gain a one-to-one consultation with the Set facilitator on career, organisational and professional issues between meetings.
  • Sets rotate meeting locations for member convenience.
  • HGI has a member-only, web-based secure site for each Learning Set that features articles, discussion boards and forums for ideas exchange.
