HGI Executive Coaching
HardyGroup International provides Executive Coaching for chief executives and senior executives. Coaching is provided by highly experienced coaches who themselves have worked at chief executive and senior executive levels in systems. Because of their experience, they possess an in depth understanding of the business and the issues. We use a structured, practical, action learning approach to coaching.
HGI Executive Coaching provides the opportunity for CEOs and senior executives / professionals to establish a confidential working relationship with one of HGI’s coaches of their choice.
Our coaching contracts can focus on leadership style and strategies, corporate planning, governance, change management, organisational strategising, restructuring, working relationships, career and life planning and whatever else the client puts on the agenda for discussion. Coaching is frequently structured as a Program of 5 – 6 half day meetings.
Executive Coaching gives an executive an opportunity to:
- Step out of day to day management responsibilities and focus on work issues which are both strategic and long term.
- Focus on the steps, behaviours or other actions needed to take in order to achieve personal and organisational goals.
Once a Coaching Contract is established the coach will be available for “constant access” between the scheduled coaching meetings by telephone and email for the duration of the Program, and the client will be able to raise issues as and when they occur.
